Affinity Sports charges a Per Player Fee (PPF) based on a seasonal year.
 
The total number of players is estimated at the beginning of the “seasonal year” and invoiced either on a monthly or quarterly basis. At the end of the seasonal year, a “true up” finalizes the player count and adjusts the first invoice of the new seasonal year based on the difference between the estimated and actual number of players. The second year’s estimated player count is then based on the previous year’s actual player count. This process will continue throughout the duration of an agreement.
 
Keep in mind, the organization is charged once for the player per seasonal year. There is no additional charge if a player plays in multiple seasons within that year.
 
Financial Incentive Program (optional)
 
The key to successfully implementing a managed outsourced application solution is to get as many members using the same solution as possible.
 
As such, Affinity Sports offers a Financial Incentive Program which lowers the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for all members – state, league, club and player. The program is simple, share incremental revenue streams from operating the system such as fees collected from online registrations, tournament management, game scheduling and upload fees.
